Here is a re-working of an abstract on yupo. I just realized that it wasn’t resolved. I keep on asking “How can I make it better?”; “How can I use more pleasingly meaningful shapes?”; “How do I make the image more beautiful?”. I tried to answer those questions in action to the best of my ability right now.
This painting is on a piece of 36×26 inch yupo paper.
It was juried into the Colorado Watercolor Society’s New Trends show exhibiting at the Madden Museum of Art in Greenwood Village, Colorado for most of September 2012. It won an Honorable Mention Award in this show.
