This is first in a series of still life collages that I will do with an ikebana (I purposely mis-spelled the word in the title) mindset. That is, I hope to pay attention to careful arrangement of disparate elements to make a graceful and interesting whole. We will see.
This piece was just juried into an exhibit entitled Contemporary Still Life at Core Gallery in Denver, Colorado which will run during the month of July 2016.
