collage
This piece started out in my mixed media class as a demonstration of various mixed media techniques applied to watercolor paper. I decided it should be a forest and proceeded to apply a lot of additional transfer images to it to build the tree trunks and foliage. The original transfer of Mona Lisa remains visible in the tree tops.
This piece is 26 1/2 inches tall and 20 inches wide and is matted and framed and is for sale for $600.00
This piece sold at the 2014 KAFM auction and was their featured art.
