I discovered a new process with this abstract, purely by accident.  I began working on a demonstration piece of random collage application for a first layer.  I scraped and sanded a lot of the collaged paper away and kept on working the surface with liquid acrylic paints.

I plan to do a whole series of these watermedia abstracts.

This art piece won a merit award at the Colorado Watercolor Society New Trends Exhibit in Denver, Colorado in 2017.
